My Background
Before launching IT Covered, I spent over a decade in IT. I started with hands-on engineering and worked my way up to leading strategy as IT Director of a national wholesaler.
That experience taught me that great IT isn't about shiny tools. It's about reliability, clarity, and people being able to do their jobs without technology getting in the way.
Today, I lead a team that prides itself on being proactive, responsive, and straightforward. Whether it's tackling cyber security compliance, optimising Microsoft 365 licensing, or keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, we're here to make IT one less thing you need to worry about.
